MAKE THE FILLING
Put 2oz oats and 2oz grated strong cheese - I've used blue cheese. Table spoonful of finely diced onion.
Stir together, adding a little water/stock/milk to help bind it together if necessary.
PREPARE THE PEPPERS
I've bought these long thin peppers. Slice them length wise and take out the seeds.
Spoon in the filling.
Put the peppers onto a baking tray,
and try to have something else to cook alongside the peppers.
Put everything into the oven at about 180C. Cook the rolls for 15mins and the peppers until singed and the stuffing's oozing out.
I made a small casserole for another day.
