Potato and Spinach Curry - Saag Aloo Friday 22.10.10 rg



Boil together cubed potato and spinach.


Fry, for 30 secs, the spices - 1t each of Turmeric, Coriander, Cumin, mustard,  2cloves, Salt, Star Anise, 2ins Cinnamon Stick.in butter and oil. 


Crush, dice a big, fat clove of garlic.


Stir in the potato and spinach, coating it really well with the spice mix. Keep it on the heat as you do this.


Add knobs of butter, don't stir in, and serve.


Tastes great!
